Privacy Policy — Andrew’s Personal Integrations
Last updated: Nov 2026

Who operates these tools
Andrew Nye operates these personal integrations for his own use. They are not offered to the public.

Google data accessed
Depending on the feature Andrew authorizes, the integrations may access Google Calendar events and calendar details, and Gmail messages, message metadata, drafts, or sending functions. Access is limited by the permissions granted during Google authorization.

How data is used
Calendar data is used to display schedules, support personal reminders and meeting workflows, and create or update events when Andrew requests it. Gmail data is used to read, organize, draft, or send email as part of Andrew’s personal workflows. Data is not used for advertising or sold.

Storage and security
The integrations may store OAuth credentials and operational data on Andrew’s private systems. Relevant data may also appear in application databases, logs, and backups. Access to those systems is restricted. Data is retained as needed for the integrations and their backups, and can be removed by Andrew.

Sharing and service providers
Google data is not made publicly available or sold. To perform requested functions, the integrations may transmit relevant data to Google APIs and to service providers Andrew has configured, including AI processing services where an AI-assisted feature is used. Andrew controls which services are configured and is responsible for reviewing their data-handling terms.

Andrew’s choices
Andrew can stop an integration’s access by disconnecting it or revoking its authorization in his Google Account. He can also remove locally stored data and backups under his control.

Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the integrations or their data handling change. Questions can be sent to [email protected]

Andrew’s Personal Integrations

This is a collection of personal, self-hosted tools operated by Andrew Nye for his own use. The tools include Home Assistant calendar features, Meeting Memory, and Hermes-assisted productivity workflows. They are not offered as a public service, and no one else can sign up to use them.

With Andrew’s authorization, these tools may access his Google Calendar to display and manage events, and his Gmail to support personal email workflows. Each tool requests permissions needed for its particular function.

The applications themselves run in private environments. This page provides information about their Google account access; it is not an application login page. [email protected]
